Welcome to hyloveclub.cn (hereinafter referred to as "this website"). To protect the rights and interests of members and ensure fair and transparent transactions, the following membership rules are hereby established.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before purchasing Love Coin:

II. Membership

1. Non-members

Love Coin Price: RMB 35/point (no discounts)

2. Full Members (Only qualified individuals can apply or become members automatically)

Eligibility Requirements:

A. The annual membership fee for this website is RMB 200.

B. Those who own a Brain Link brainwave analyzer with a US-made core chip and can connect to and execute the functions of this system.

C. Those who purchase the "Haizhibo Tai Chi Brainwave Analyzer" (model TG-1, TG-2) from our company: RMB 899 per Tai Chi Brainwave Analyzer, automatically becoming Alpha members of our company, with the first year's membership fee waived, and receiving 10 Love Coins valid for one year.

D. Those who already own a Brain Link brainwave analyzer: can apply to become Beta members of our company, paying the first year's membership fee of RMB 200. They will also receive 10 Love Coins valid for one year.

E. Large organizations or agents who sign contracts with our company: become our Gamma members and enjoy lifetime exemption from annual membership fees (details to be discussed internally).

3. Membership benefits:

A. For Beta members, without the company's consent, they may not use the two brainwave application systems: "AI-AMCT Brainwave Testing System for Spinal Correction" and "AI Brainwave Assessment System for Mental and Physical Health Early Warning, Emotion Management and 'Yuanshenyin' Music Therapy".

B.Members who withdraw midway will not receive a refund of their membership fee and will also lose their eligibility to use the discounted Love Coin.

C. If you are not a member of the hyloveclub.cn website, you will also lose the right to use discounted love coins.

D. Alpha and Beta members who use more than 2,000 Love Coins in a given year will have their annual fee waived for the following year.

E. You may not use the functions of this website to engage in any illegal activities. Those who violate the law will bear the consequences themselves, and this company will not bear any legal responsibility.

For Large Institutions (Schools, Government Agencies, Companies):

1. Large institutions must have their own server accounts. We will grant them the right to view the Love Coin usage of their downline clients and allocate Love Coin points accordingly, but they will not have the right to increase or decrease the total Love Coin points in their own accounts.

2. Large institutions must initially purchase at least twelve sets of "Tai Chi Brainwave Devices," and their annual Love Coin usage must exceed 20,000 points. (To be discussed within the agreement).
